IBA alumna selected as a member of the National Youth Council 2021-23

Ms. Nida Shehzad Farooqui, Class of 2017, has been selected as a member of the National Youth Council 2021-23. The National Youth Council is a government body that comprises of young leaders, who will use their diverse experience in Pakistan’s policy-making and economic development.

Ms. Farooqui is currently working in the social development sector as the Lead Digital Innovation at Sehat Kahani, a health-tech enterprise where she manages the technology development and related operations. She is a TechWomen Fellow 2020 and was also awarded the Diana Award in 2019 for her contribution in digital health and capacity building. She has also been invited as a guest speaker at various national and international platforms, including UNDP, SIDA, Asian Development Bank and the Davos Lab.
