SMCS organizes a Final Year Project (FYP) exhibition

May 26, 2023: School of Mathematics and Computer Science (SMCS) organized a final year project (FYP) at the Main Campus, IBA. Students of the Department of Computer Science, Class of 2023, displayed 40 projects before an audience of leading figures from the industry and academia. The project's main objective was to offer efficient solutions to real-life issues in different areas including, Machine Learning, Data Science, Natural Language Processing, and other related fields.

The projects were evaluated by professors from the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) including, IBA, NUCES-FAST, KIET, industry experts, and alumni from the National Bank of Pakistan, Engro Corporation, Meezan Bank Limited, Cloud Junction, Systems Limited, and Bagallery.

Dr. Shakeel Khoja, Dean SMCS; Chairpersons and Dr. Tahir Syed, Assistant Professor, CS Department and FYP BSCS Coordinator, also visited the project stations and commended the students' hard work and commitment.

The judges, faculties and attendees appreciated and praised the projects.
