November 29, 2024:IBA-SBS hosted an impactful Faculty Engagement Session organized by the AACSB Review and Execution Committee (AREC). The event, themed 'Strategic Roots,' provided a platform for faculty to review the school's strategic performance over the past year and discuss its future strategic direction. The session aimed to enhance faculty engagement with the school's mission, vision, and priorities while fostering collaboration and alignment with its long-term goals.

The session began with an interactive segment led by Mr. Atif Murtaza, Lecturer and Head, Career Development Centre (CDC), who facilitated engaging activities focused on strengthening the faculty's understanding of the school's mission, vision, and strategic priorities. Participants creatively engaged with the strategic areas through these activities, reinforcing their alignment enjoyably and collaboratively.

In the second half, Dr. Abdullah Zafar Sheikh, Professor and Dean IBA-SBS, and Dr. Sana Tauseef, Associate Professor and Chair of AREC, provided an update on the progress of the current strategic plan as it approaches its conclusion and outlined key highlights of the next strategic plan, setting the tone for the school's future trajectory.

Through curated activities, the faculty could connect with the broader strategic goals and future direction and collectively reflect on how their roles contribute to the school's ongoing journey toward excellence and global recognition.
