SBS Hosts a Seminar on 'EU-Funded Internationalization of Pakistani Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)'

October 16, 2024: IBA-SBS hosts a seminar titled 'EU-Funded Internationalization of Pakistani Higher Education Institutions (HEIs)'. Led by Dr. Javed Ahmed and Dr. Sher Muhammad Daudpota from Sukkur IBA University, the seminar focused on the Erasmus+ program, exploring its various actions and the application process.

Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Daudpota shared their insights from successfully securing EU grants and highlighted key considerations for the European Union (EU) and European Commission (EC) in project selection. They provided valuable information on relevant calls, particularly for Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM), Jean Monnet, Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters (EMJM), and Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE).

The seminar attracted academicians and research students from various departments at IBA Karachi, fostering engaging discussions during and after the presentations. Participants expressed appreciation for the insights shared by the speakers, particularly regarding the upcoming Erasmus+ calls set to open in November 2025.
