SBS Faculty Engages in Insightful Discussions and Farewell Tributes

December 13, 2024: IBA-SBS organized a Faculty Engagement Session, fostering insightful discussions and shared understanding.

The first half of the session aimed at enhancing faculty engagement with the school’s policies and advocating greater awareness. The policies were presented by faculty members, including Dr. Waliullah, Dr. Wajid Rizvi, Dr. Yasir Mansoor Kundi, and Dr. Abdullah Zafar Sheikh.

An update on the school’s progress in faculty resources and research was shared by Dr. Sana Tauseef and Ms. Tahira Jaffery, highlighting key achievements, areas for improvement, and future directions. Faculty members actively contributed by sharing feedback and asking insightful questions, further enriching the dialogue.

Mr. Atif Murtaza led an engaging activity that encouraged faculty participation and strengthened camaraderie among the attendees.

The event also featured a heartfelt farewell to appreciate the contributions of Dr. Huma Amir, a long-serving faculty member in the Marketing Department who has inspired numerous students and colleagues over the years, and Dr. Abdul Kaium Masud, departing from the Accounting Department, for his impactful service and commitment to the school.

Through these initiatives, IBA-SBS reaffirms its commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where faculty play a pivotal role in driving the school’s mission, vision, and strategic priorities - striving for excellence and global recognition.
