Reckitt Benckiser's E-commerce team visits IBA

February 24, 2022: Reckitt Benckiser's E-commerce team visited the IBA to present a session on 'Fundamentals of E-commerce' to the BBA students. The team consisted of E-commerce specialists including, Abbas Hussain, Head of E-commerce; Rashida Ragoonwala, eBusiness Development Manager; Faryal Qureshi, eBusiness Development Manager and Shayan Jaffar, Senior Performance Marketing & UX Manager.

The team shared insights with the students regarding the evolution of E-commerce and Q-commerce in Pakistan. In an interactive session, the students were given the floor to ask questions and get clarity on various E-commerce platforms. The Reckitt team shed light on the future of E-commerce in Pakistan and how Reckitt is focusing on changing consumer habits through E-commerce.

The team helped students optimize various E-commerce channels in new, creative, and effective ways. This collaboration gathered positive reviews from students and added to their knowledge banks.
