IBA CEE - Industrial Visit to Agility

July 13, 2019: Participants of PGD-Supply Chain Management (SCM) visited Agility's Warehouse: Qasim Logistics Center 1 at Port Qasim as a part of their course, Logistics: Transportation and Warehousing under the supervision of course instructor Mr. Hanif Ajari. Participants were welcomed by the staff of Agility, and Mr. Moin Malik, CEO Agility Pakistan. He chatted with the participants on the business processes, customers, Agility's large network, operations, merger and acquisition plans, and adoption of SAP. Participants witnessed various operations performed at the warehouse with Agility's technical team. Agility's warehouse has a total capacity of 22,000 normal-temperature and 700 cold-storage pallet-spots. Students and faculty spent quality time with Agility officials and learnt new SCM techniques.
