IBA Karachi hosts Mentor AACSB, Dr. Hatem Masri

01-02 September, 2022: School of Business Studies (SBS) at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi welcomed Dr. Hatem Masri, Mentor AACSB at its campus as part of the pursuit for AACSB accreditation.

Dr. Masri was welcomed by Dr. S Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director IBA; Dr. Abdullah Zafar Sheikh, Dean SBS; Dr. Sana Tauseef, Head of AACSB Accreditation Committee; Dr. Asad Ilyas, Registrar; and the faculty of School of Business Studies.

The visit included a campus tour and series of meetings focused on continuous improvement and closing the gaps, with the Dean, Accreditation Committee, Chairpersons, Program coordinators, Heads of departments and faculty members. Dr. Masri provided his valuable guidance and input on areas of improvement and commended the Business School for its commitment towards achieving the accreditation. Dr. Sheikh expressed his gratitude to Dr. Masri for visiting the IBA and giving essential guidance to the SBS.
