Faysal Bank-Islamic award scholarship to deserving students

Faysal Bank-Islamic has awarded two scholarships to students of the MS-Islamic Banking and Finance program at the IBA Karachi. Scholarships for the year 2020 were awarded to Ms. Mehwish Javed and Ms. Dania Hasan. Till date, Faysal Bank-Islamic has sponsored the fees of 4 deserving MS-Islamic Banking and Finance students.

Advisor to Prime Minister on Institutional Reforms and Austerity, Prof. Dr. Ishrat Husain was the Chief Guest on the occasion. Also present at the event was Head Islamic Banking, Mr. Muhammad Faisal Shaikh, who presented the cheques to the deserving students.

Dr. Irum Saba, Program Director MS-Islamic Banking and Finance, said a few words at the ceremony and appreciated the efforts of Faysal Bank-Islamic for the promotion of Islamic banking and finance in Pakistan.
