We are elated to announce that the team from IBA Karachi, comprising of Hunain Ghulam Mohiuddin, Mohammad Hasan Khan and Hira Suman, has won the Asia Pacific Regionals of the CFA Ethics Challenge 2020. Six winning teams from the regional round were judged by a panel of international experts.

The CFA Ethics Challenge follows a case study methodology with participants being required to identify violations, recognize the CFA Standards violated and recommend remedial actions. Earlier this year, the National Round of the Ethics Challenge 2020 organized by CFA Society Pakistan was held, wherein 16 teams from universities across Pakistan participated in this competition and were judged by an international panel of CFA Institute's senior management and investment professionals belonging to esteemed capital market institutions.

The team was victorious in the national competition and went on to represent Pakistan and the IBA at the Asia Pacific Regionals of the Ethics Challenge 2020.
