The Department of Economics cordially invites you to the 12th session of Economics Research Seminar Series (ERSS) on Friday, December 4, 2020 at 4:30pm (PKT). The speaker for the session, Dr. Fareena Malhi, will be presenting her recent paper "When norms collide: The effect of religious holidays on compliance with COVID guidelines" . Dr. Malhi is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at University of the Punjab in Lahore, Pakistan. She has completed her PhD from American University as a Fulbright Scholar. Her research interests include applied microeconomics and behavioral economics focusing on gender, education, and health. Previously, she has also worked with Oxfam America.
