Dr. Nyla Aleem Ansari, Assistant Professor and Academic Director PGD (HRMS) Program, was recently invited by ProUrdu.com, news & media website, to talk about career management and its importance in the current pandemic situation. The focus was primarily directed towards how the younger generation may manage their career choices and successfully enter the job market.
