CEE hosts a Project Sign Off ceremony with 1LINK

March 08, 2022: Operational Excellence Forum (IBA-OEF) hosted a Project Sign Off ceremony with 1LINK at the Centre for Executive Education (CEE).

Dr. S Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director, IBA and Mr. Najeeb Agrawalla, CEO 1LINK were present to conclude the 'ServQual' consulting project with an official report handover ceremony. Mr. Syed Suleman Hasan, CRO and CS 1LINK; Dr. Rameez Khalid, Director CEE, IBA; Mr. Faisal Jalal, Convener IBA-OEF and Visiting Faculty IBA; and Mr. Tahir Hasan Zaidi, CSSO 1LINK were also present along with 1LINK and CEE teams.

In March last year, IBA-CEE had partnered with 1LINK for conducting customized training programs for 1LINK employees under the 2021 theme of 'Customer Centricity' with key focus areas such as, soft skills development, business communication and customer service. The initiative also included a consulting project of high-level performance evaluation of 1LINK's Service Quality from IBA-OEF Platform.

Addressing the representatives of both the organizations, Dr. Khalid said, "1LINK is one of the pioneers in Pakistan that has taken the initiative of getting their service quality gauged using expertise of IBA-Operational Excellence Forum."

Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Agrawalla said, "IBA has a long-standing reputation of quality, both training and consulting report brought value to 1LINK that will spur innovation, improve customer interactions, and boost performance."
