Annual Iftar Dinner 2024

March 14, 2024: The Human Resource Department arranged an annual iftar dinner for the IBA fraternity. The auspicious event was attended by more than 250 staff and faculty members, and it played a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture, strengthening team dynamics, and enhancing employee engagement.

The evening provided a harmonious platform for the staff and faculty to interact and get to know each other outside the workplace. The staff interacted with the Executive Director IBA, Dr. S Akbar Zaidi; Director HR, Irfan Qamar; and Director Finance, Moeid Sultan, along with senior members of the faculty.

The IBA family thoroughly enjoyed the event, interacting with other team members and fostering a more interconnected workforce. The objective of the initiative was to provide the employees a break from work-related stress and encourage them to socialize and rejuvenate.
