Alumni Achievement

Dr. Amama Shaukat is an IBA alumna who did her MBA from IBA in 1987. She is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Brunel University London, UK. She is also an Editorial Board Member of British Accounting Review (BAR), globally one of the most prestigious accounting and finance journals.

Her paper co-authored with Yan Qiu and Rajesh Tharyan, is also a top cited paper of BAR: https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/the-british-accounting-review

Dr Shaukat also won an award for 'Inspiring use of research in teaching'from University of Exeter during her time there.
