32nd Academic Council Meeting by SPC Sets the Foundation for IBA's Prosperous Future

December 06, 2024: The 32nd Academic Council Meeting at IBA Karachi, was held in conjunction with the Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) and the Strategic Area Teams (SATs) as part of the development process for the Strategic Plan 2030 (SP-30).

Dr. S Akbar Zaidi, Executive Director, IBA, and over 40 faculty and departmental representatives participated in this significant event. The meeting marked an essential milestone in gathering inclusive input from the seven SATs chaired by Dr. Zaidi, Dr. Asad Ilyas, Ms. Maheen Ghauri, Dr. Ashar Saleem, Dr. Sajjad Haider and Mr. Moeid Sultan, who presented draft strategies, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the refinement and advancement of IBA's strategic planning process.

This collaborative approach facilitated a formal yet candid exchange of ideas, with participants sharing valuable insights and perspectives. The feedback on the presentations was instrumental in fostering a productive dialogue. The SPC will integrate these suggestions into SP-30, paving the way for a prosperous future for IBA.
