Mr. Syed Hazkeel Haider Rizvi graduated from the IBA in 2017, he completed his BS in Social Sciences and Liberal Arts. He was a Research Associate for the World-Bank study-turned-book, namely Economy of Modern Sind, under Dr. Ishrat Husain. The book was published by Oxford University Press (OUP), Pakistan last year at Karachi Literature Festival (2019).
