April 28, 2026: Students from the Computer Science department at IBA visited the office of Astera Software for an industry engagement session one that brought career conversations, mentorship opportunities, and real professional connections into a single afternoon.

Students received an in-depth walkthrough of Astera's core departments from engineering and product development to sales, operations, along with a candid discussion on the career opportunities available to fresh graduates and early-career professionals.

A dedicated networking session brought students face-to-face with IBA alumni currently working within the organization. Conversations spanned FYP mentorship, career trajectories, internship experiences, and what employers genuinely look for in new hires.
