Summary
This study examined how behavioral change agents, specifically green transformational leadership, acceptance of change, and supportive work culture influence the adoption of green innovation to improve sustainability performance in Pakistani manufacturing firms. Using survey data from 141 supply chain professionals and analyzing it through factor analyses via SPSS and SmartPLS, the results confirmed that these behavioral factors significantly enhance green innovation, which in turn boosts sustainable performance.
The findings provide guidance for managers and policymakers to strengthen organizational efficiency, encourage green awareness among employees, and support eco-friendly policies. Moreover, empowering behavioral change agents can advance pro-environmental attitudes and contribute to broader societal and environmental benefits.
