Students visit  to Systems Limited

May 07, 2025: The School of Mathematics and Computer Science (SMCS), IBA Karachi, successfully concluded its Industry Connect Spring'25 series for the Spring semester with an engaging visit to Systems Limited.

The visit began with a warm welcome from Ms. Naureen Anwar, Senior Vice President at the RDI and Academia Linkages department, who provided an overview of the company, highlighted the diverse opportunities available for students, and engaged in an open discussion about students' expectations for the visit.

This was followed by an insightful session featuring Mr. Asif Bilgrami, SVP Data Analytics, who shared his expertise on the evolving landscape of agentic AI and the daily challenges faced in this rapidly advancing field.

The session continued with an engaging presentation by the Country Model Bank Team, showcasing real-world applications that are driving innovation in financial technologies and reshaping the future of the fintech sector.

The visit concluded with an interactive Q&A session with Systems Limited experts, offering students valuable insights and practical knowledge from industry professionals.

An exciting outcome of this collaboration is that students will have the opportunity to participate in a focused group discussion with Systems Limited in June, providing them with direct mentorship and feedback for their projects ideas."
