IBA students win CFA Society Pakistan Ethics Challenge 2023-24

We are delighted to announce that the student team representing IBA Karachi participated in the CFA Society Pakistan Ethics Challenge 2023-24 and won the final round. The members of the winning team included students from the School of Business Studies (SBS), BSAF program: Abdullah Manzoor, Hamza Khan Ghouri and Ibtihaj Bin Salah. Dr. Mohsin Sadaqat, Assistant Professor SBS, was the faculty advisor for the winning team.

Twenty-seven teams from nineteen different universities across Pakistan participated in the contest. The semi-final round took place on January 20, and from that, four teams qualified for the final. The competition was highly competitive, where IBA students presented a new case in front of the judges during the final round and emerged as the winning team.

We congratulate our students on this outstanding achievement and wish them success in their future endeavors. This is a remarkable achievement for both the Department of Finance and SBS, IBA.
