IBA Karachi welcomes delegates from French universities for collaborative ventures

October 19, 2023: The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi welcomed a delegation from prestigious French universities to explore exciting opportunities for collaboration and partnership between academic institutions.

The delegation included Ms. Nesrine Abbad, International Recruitment Manager, EDHEC Business School; Ms. Léa Albrieux, International Development Manager, Sciences Po-Social Science School; and Ms. Caroline Duval, Director, International Promotions, ESDES School of Business and Management. They engaged in productive discussions with key figures at IBA, including Dr. Shakeel Khoja, Dean, School of Mathematics and Computer Science (SMCS); Dr. Abdullah Zafar Sheikh, Dean, School of Business Studies (SBS); Dr. Asma Hyder, Dean, School of Economics and Social Sciences (SESS); and Ms. Maheen Ghauri, Dean, Student Affairs.

Ms. Fabiha Aziz, Campus France Officer, led the delegation, which met with the respective Deans to delve into specific areas of mutual interest. Moreover, the delegation was given a campus tour organized by a student-led team in partnership with the Career Development Center (CDC). This visit laid the foundation for potential collaborations and promising academic endeavors that will eventually benefit students.
