Important Notification: Rescheduling of Admission Schedule Fall 2020
We hope you and your family members are safe, healthy and following preventive guidelines in these difficult and challenging times. As you all are aware, Coronavirus pandemic has caused massive disruption in day to day affairs of every segment of life, including IBA’s Testing and Admission process.
Pursuant to government orders, all academic activities are at halt at the moment. Therefore, following changes in the IBA admission calendar were imperative:
1- BSCS/EM Round 1 Admission cycle has been eliminated. There will be only one round for BSCS/EM program i.e. Round 2 scheduled for July. All candidates of Round 1 will be moved to Round 2 automatically. It is possible that additional information would be requested which can be submitted through admissions portal through form submission; however this will be communicated later and no action is needed from your end at this time. Admit cards will be reissued with updated schedule and venue details.
2- MBA test scheduled for April 19th will now be held on Sunday, June 7th. Result will be announced on June 16th, group discussion and interviews will be conducted from June 19th to June 29th and Summer Orientation Program will start from July 6th.
3- There is no change in academic activities scheduled for July onward.
We are aware of the prevailing unrest amongst candidates from A Level background because of exam rescheduling. We will be working hard to devise a policy to cater such candidates to ensure they don’t miss out the entire academic year.
We are also working on a contingency plan in case this pandemic and lockdown remain for an extended period. We will revisit our admission schedule and policy during the end of May, depending on how situation unfolds.
Kindly keep visiting IBA’s website and checking your emails / SMS for important updates. We will be in touch during this entire duration and will keep you updated with detailed information. In case you need any further information, you may drop us an email at email@example.com (kindly expect a delay in response time as IBA is closed and we are working remotely).
Stay safe and follow the preventive measures to ensure safety of people around you.
Wish you all the best for your future endeavors.
