USEFP conducted a Workshop in IBA on GRE Procedures & Techniques

On Wednesday 2nd March, 2016, representatives of the USEFP conducted a workshop in IBA on GRE procedures and techniques. The purpose of the workshop was to prepare students for the GRE test, particularly those who are interested in applying for the 2017 Fulbright Award.

The Workshop started with an introductory session on the Fulbright Process. In this session it was explained where the GRE test stands in the overall Fulbright process. After a brief round of questions, the GRE Section of the workshop began.

The speaker discussed strategies and techniques on taking the GRE. He then instructed the audience on each of the different sections and question types. Each section of the GRE was thoroughly analyzed.

The audience solved practice questions for the quantitative section, discussed comprehension mechanics for the qualitative section and bounced off arguments for the essay section.

In the end, the USEFP representatives announced GRE preparation classes at the USEFP office in the coming week which will be open for the participants registered for today's workshop.
