The General Manager Marketing at the DAWN Media Group, Mr. Syed Ali Hasan Naqvi was the Guest Speaker in the Advertising class "Fall 2015". Mr. Hasan Naqvi is associated with mainstream media in Pakistan for the last 20 years and has played a pivotal role in devising strategies to keep media, primarily print relevant to the Advertiser.

This session focused on the Print media landscape in Pakistan, its origin and a comparison between the electronic and print media. The role of Advertising in Print Media and how print media offers advertisers the opportunity to target different readerships, and most importantly it's significance as a main artery of revenue generation. The challenges faced by Print Media Vis a Vis the evolution of digital age was an interesting part of the discussion.
