CED Bazaar 2015
IBA Centre for Entrepreneurial Development organized a CED Bazaar on 1st April, 2015. The purpose of the Bazaar was to provide students of CED's Foundation of Management and Entrepreneurship and Womenx Entrepreneurship program, a platform to showcase their business products and services. Students were given stalls free of cost to encourage participation.
The event started at 10.00 AM and carried on till 4.00 PM. Students arrived at the venue, excited and set up their stalls with much dedication. The theme of the event was 'spring fling' and was incorporated in the setup of the stalls. Stalls put up ranged from those displaying clothes and accessories for men and women both, to shoes and handbags. There were also stalls put up of delectable desserts and artistic home furnishings. The most popular stall amongst the crowd was a pet store set up by the FME students which acted as the perfect crowd puller. Riffat Alam's truck art accessories and Masooma Rizvi's Orchid Spa and Salon were two stalls that fared best from the batch of Womenx participants. IBA students enjoyed the event thoroughly and marketed highly through word of mouth causing more people to come back to the event at later hours and place orders for products that had run out of stock.
All in all, it was a great learning opportunity and a fun day of spring for all students.
